At the beginning of September our kids entered into an iron kids triathlon. My children aren't super athletes, but they enjoy swimming, biking and, well, not running, sooo... Anna and Kimball entered, along with Sarah and Rebekah Wade, some friends of ours. Sam wasn't feeling his best so he didn't do it. At first I thought it was nerves, but it turned out he had the flu. He ended up staying home from school for a whole week afterward. Good thing I didn't force him to do it...which I almost did...but then I remembered this thing called CHOICE.
